Welcome to ZenVibe Retreats! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and the purchase of our retreat experiences.

By accessing this website and/or purchasing a retreat, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use this website or purchase our retreats.

1. Booking and Payment:

  1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by ZenVibe Retreats.
  2. A deposit may be required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid as per the payment schedule outlined at the time of booking.
  3. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. Details will be provided during the booking process.
  4. Prices for retreats are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.

2. Cancellation and Refunds:

  1. If you cancel your booking, the following cancellation policy applies:
    • Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the retreat start date will receive a full refund, less a [Specify Percentage]% administrative fee.
    • Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days prior to the retreat start date will receive a 50% refund.
    • Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the retreat start date are non-refundable.

  3. ZenVibe Retreats reserves the right to cancel a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, you will receive a full refund of all payments made. We are not responsible for any incidental expenses you may have incurred as a result of your booking, including but not limited to travel costs and visa fees.

3. Health and Safety:

  1. Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically and mentally fit to participate in the retreat activities.
  2. You must inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or disabilities that may affect your participation in the retreat.
  3. ZenVibe Retreats is not responsible for any injuries or illnesses that may occur during the retreat. We recommend that you obtain travel insurance to cover any medical expenses.
  4. We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone who is deemed unfit or whose behavior is disruptive to the retreat environment.

4. Conduct:

  1. Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and considerate manner towards other participants, staff, and the environment.
  2. ZenVibe Retreats has a zero-tolerance policy for illegal activities, disruptive behavior, or any actions that may endanger the safety or well-being of others.
  3. We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the retreat if you violate these conduct guidelines.

5. Intellectual Property:

  1. All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of ZenVibe Retreats and is protected by copyright laws.
